This is a self-paced workshop designed to equip artists and administrators with a clear understanding of their rights and workplace protections. Through engaging conversations and real-world examples, learners explore employment classifications, union and non-union contract expectations, and the core rights guaranteed to all workers. The workshop also teaches participants how to identify red flags and understand available reporting pathways when harm or unsafe conditions arise. By the end, participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate theatre workplaces with clarity and agency.
